After we receive your completed questionnaire, we will provide you with a detailed quotation and our terms of service. If you decide to proceed, simply send us the signed and filled-out instruction form, and we will issue you a confirmation in English.

Appointment
We will arrange an appointment for a site visit with you, your agent or developer to carry out the building survey. You will be informed of the confirmed appointment details. After our initial visit, you will receive a confirmation that your survey has taken place, along with an estimated timeline for when you can expect the full report. Please note that effective communication is key to ensuring a smooth process.

Receive the report
Your building survey report will be delivered to you on or before the agreed, specified timeframe. Following the delivery of your report, we will schedule a follow-up conversation to address any queries you may have and to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the service provided.
